Delivery Without the Conventional Limits.

Quicksome™ is a patented formulation platform designed to expand how bioactive molecules can be delivered.

The Technology.Quicksome™ combines advanced formulation techniques with a rapid dissolve sublingual delivery format.

The platform is designed to create new formulation possibilities for compounds where conventional oral delivery, stability, bioavailability or administration may create limitations.

Quicksome™ is not a single product. It is a technology platform capable of being applied across multiple molecules, formulations and commercial categories.

Applications.

Compounded MedicinesThe More Life Company is advancing Quicksome™ for potential use with licensed compounding partners.

This creates an important commercialization pathway for customized formulations where sublingual delivery may provide advantages in administration, formulation or patient experience.

PeptidesA New Frontier in Delivery.

Peptides represent one of the most dynamic areas of modern health innovation, but many molecules present significant delivery and stability challenges.

The More Life Company has undertaken formulation development across multiple peptide molecules and is working to evaluate where Quicksome™ may provide a viable alternative delivery pathway.

The Company does not own the underlying peptide molecules, and individual commercialization opportunities remain dependent upon molecule specific regulatory requirements.

HormonesBeyond Peptides.

Quicksome™ development also extends into hormone applications, including testosterone and progesterone.

This work expands the platform opportunity beyond peptide delivery and supports potential applications within the growing compounded medicine and personalized health markets.

Consumer HealthQuicksome™ has already been applied commercially in consumer health and nutraceutical formulations.

This provides an established commercial foundation while the Company continues to advance the technology into higher value formulation opportunities.

Cold Chain and BiologicsWhen Stability Changes Access.

Some of the world's most important biological products are also among the most difficult to store and transport. Temperature sensitivity can introduce cost, complexity and accessibility challenges throughout the global pharmaceutical supply chain.

The More Life Company's work with Quicksome™ has explored whether the same underlying formulation technology can help protect sensitive biological material from degradation. Research involving the United States Food and Drug Administration Polio Vaccine Laboratory evaluated Quicksome™ in connection with preservation of Polio D antigen under elevated temperature conditions.

The work provided important evidence supporting the potential application of the technology to vaccines and other temperature sensitive biological materials.

The implication extends beyond a single vaccine. Improved stability could ultimately have relevance to vaccines, peptides, biologics and other molecules where cold chain dependence represents a significant limitation.

The FDA's laboratory testing did not constitute FDA approval or endorsement of Quicksome.

Needle Free DeliveryWhat If the Molecule Did Not Require a Needle?

Injection remains necessary for many biological molecules because conventional oral administration cannot provide an effective delivery pathway. Quicksome™ creates an opportunity to explore that assumption.

The More Life Company has identified insulin and other injectable molecules as potential areas for future sublingual formulation development.

This work remains developmental, but the objective is significant: Explore whether advanced sublingual delivery can create practical alternatives for molecules traditionally dependent upon injection.
