MVMD Shareholder Update – Quicksome™ Technology and the Emerging Peptide Opportunity

Dear friends of MVMD,

This morning we announced an important advancement in our Quicksome™ technology platform and I wanted to provide some additional context on why I believe this work is significant for MVMD.

Over the past six months, our team has been quietly building formulation capabilities focused on peptides, one of the fastest-growing categories in human health today. While many investors are familiar with GLP-1 therapies such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, and other weight management products, peptides extend far beyond weight loss and are increasingly being utilized across recovery, anti-aging, hormonal health, tissue repair, metabolic health, and broader wellness applications.

What makes peptides particularly interesting is that many currently require injection and refrigerated storage. These limitations create challenges around patient adoption, distribution, logistics, and accessibility. Our focus is not on owning peptide molecules themselves. Rather, our objective is to position Quicksome™ as a differentiated delivery platform capable of helping move important molecules toward a more accessible sublingual format.

Today’s announcement is important because it demonstrates that we have moved beyond theory. Over the past six months, our team has completed initial formulation work across multiple commercially relevant peptides, including BPC-157, GHK-Cu, KPV, SNAP-8, and retatrutide. While there remains additional formulation and commercialization work ahead, I believe this represents an important validation of Quicksome™ and its potential applicability across a rapidly growing category.

The timing is also noteworthy. The regulatory and political environment surrounding peptides continues to evolve. Recent comments from U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., together with upcoming FDA reviews of multiple peptides currently under consideration for expanded compounding pathways, suggest the category may be entering a period of meaningful change. These developments have contributed to growing industry interest in peptide-based therapies and the delivery technologies that may improve accessibility, convenience, and patient adoption.

What excites me most is that this opportunity aligns directly with the core strengths of Quicksome™. Our prior FDA-related cold chain work demonstrated the platform’s ability to stabilize sensitive molecules outside traditional refrigerated environments. Today, we are applying those same principles to a category that could benefit tremendously from improved delivery, convenience, and accessibility.

Most importantly, this announcement reflects the continued evolution of Quicksome™ from a promising technology into a platform with potential applicability across multiple large and growing commercial categories. Combined with our recently strengthened balance sheet, expanded advisory team, and growing commercialization discussions, I believe MVMD is entering this next phase from a position of increasing strength.

I am encouraged by the progress being made and the opportunities beginning to emerge from the foundation our team has spent years building.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support and belief in our vision of More Life.
