Quicksome™: Building The Commercial Pathway

MLCO enters a strategic LOI with a U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy for Quicksome

This morning we announced that we have entered into a strategic letter of intent with an established U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy to advance the development, compounding and commercialization of Quicksome™-enabled prescription compounded pharmaceutical products in the United States.

This is an important step in the commercial strategy we have been building around Quicksome.

Over the past year, our work has increasingly moved beyond individual formulations and into discussions around how Quicksome can be applied across a much broader pipeline of opportunities. Those discussions have included hormones, peptides and other active compounds, with a particular focus on molecules where formulation, delivery, stability, dose efficiency, convenience or the potential for needle-free administration may create meaningful differentiation.

At the same time, our business-development activity has continued to expand. We have had extensive discussions around potential applications and commercial opportunities, and those conversations have reinforced the importance of having the right U.S. infrastructure and commercial capabilities in place to support meaningful scale.

That is what I believe makes this relationship important.

Our U.S. compounding partner is an established 503A compounding pharmacy with formulation development, pharmacy, dispensing, national fulfillment and telemedicine capabilities. The objective is not to build infrastructure around one product. It is to establish dedicated Quicksome compounding capability within an organization that already has the operational scale and commercial reach to support a growing pipeline of opportunities.

This is a very intentional part of how we are scaling the business.

As opportunities move from business-development discussions toward commercialization, we want the ability to efficiently evaluate a molecule, develop the appropriate Quicksome formulation, establish the commercial framework and move selected products into an existing U.S. pharmacy and fulfillment infrastructure.

Our recent testosterone work is one example of the progress supporting this strategy. The exploratory human study provided important human data around Quicksome-formulated USP-grade testosterone and gives us additional information to guide our hormone work. Alongside testosterone, our development work has included estradiol and progesterone, while our Quicksome peptide program has already advanced through formulation work across multiple peptide molecules, including BPC-157. Peptides remain an active and important part of the commercial opportunity we are building around the platform.

As the number of potential applications grows, the value of having a scalable commercial pathway around Quicksome grows with it.

We are now putting that pathway in place with a partner capable of supporting national dispensing and fulfillment and with established relationships across healthcare and telemedicine channels. At the same time, both teams will continue originating new opportunities and advancing the commercial pipeline.

The work is already moving forward in parallel across definitive documentation, operational readiness, compounding implementation planning, product prioritization and selected commercial discussions.

We have mutually agreed not to publicly identify our U.S. compounding partner at this stage. That sequencing is intentional. Alongside the commercial and legal work, there is internal operational preparation required within existing compounding facilities, including aligning the appropriate teams and workflows around Quicksome. Advancing that readiness is important to effectively onboard commercial opportunities before formally introducing the partnership to the market.

I am encouraged by the progression. We built the technology, we continue to generate data and formulation knowledge, and we have expanded business development around a growing pipeline of applications. Now we are putting the scale and commercial infrastructure around Quicksome to help convert those opportunities into meaningful commercialization.

When we introduced The More Life Company, I spoke about measurable performance, commercial relevance and the ability to scale. This is what that progression is intended to look like.

I am excited about where Quicksome is today and even more encouraged by the opportunities beginning to take shape around the platform.

Thank you for your continued support and belief in our company's vision for More Life.

Great technology becomes more valuable when it can scale.
