- Mountain Valley MD has completed its corporate name change to The More Life Company, a name chosen to reflect a single unifying purpose across the portfolio: helping biology perform better, whether measured in crop yield, therapeutic effectiveness, or productive years of life.
- The Company's two technology streams, Agrarius™ in agriculture and Quicksome™/Quicksol™ in formulation and delivery, are each supported by independent validation, early commercial incorporation, and active partner pathways across nutraceuticals, hormones, peptides, and future pharmaceutical applications.
- With a newly assembled advisory group spanning medicine, agriculture, formulation science, IP, manufacturing, and capital markets, the Company's focus now shifts from building a collection of promising technologies to converting that foundation into larger, repeatable revenue and long-term shareholder value.

Introducing The More Life Company
This morning, we announced the completion of our corporate name change from Mountain Valley MD to The More Life Company.
I wanted to share what this moment means to me personally, and why I believe this name so clearly reflects the Company we have been building together.
More Life is not a slogan. It is the standard we hold ourselves accountable to. Across agriculture and human health, our mission is simple: help biology perform better. More yield from farmland, more effectiveness from therapeutics, more resilience from living systems and more productive years from life itself.
That belief is what led us to this name.
Since our inception, we assembled our technology portfolio, advanced years of scientific and formulation work, built an extensive body of independent validation, established commercial relationships and began generating early revenues. Over time, as we often spoke about the idea of “More Life,” it became increasingly clear that this was not just a theme but the unifying purpose behind everything we were building. As that foundation expanded, so too did the realization that our Company was operating across multiple technologies, applications and markets that could no longer be fully captured by a single name or narrow definition.
The More Life Company reflects both what we have built and what we believe the future demands: technologies that improve measurable biological performance at scale.
Through Agrarius™, we are advancing a plant-signaling technology supported by extensive independent field validation across multiple crops and geographies. The results have demonstrated meaningful improvements in productivity, plant health and resilience, and our focus is now on translating that body of work into broader adoption and repeatable commercial revenue.
Through Quicksome™ and Quicksol™, we have developed advanced formulation and delivery technologies focused on improving absorption, bioavailability, stability and therapeutic precision. Quicksome has already been incorporated into commercially produced products, and our work with compounding, manufacturing and commercialization partners is creating increasingly clear pathways across nutraceuticals, hormones, peptides and future pharmaceutical applications.
These technologies serve different markets, but they are connected by the same purpose and held to the same standard: measurable performance, commercial relevance and the ability to scale.
Most importantly, we are advancing this work at a time when the world is rapidly shifting toward biological optimization, preventative health, peptide therapeutics, food security and more efficient delivery systems. We do not believe these trends are temporary. They represent the future of how agriculture, performance, wellness and human longevity will be approached globally.
We intend to be part of defining that future.
To me personally, one of the clearest signs of the opportunity ahead is the calibre of the people choosing to join our mission.
Over recent months, we have assembled an advisory group with a remarkable breadth of experience across medicine, human health, agriculture, formulation science, intellectual property, manufacturing, strategic communications, business development and capital markets. This group has been brought together with real intention.
When we recently brought many of these advisors together, what struck me was not simply the strength of their individual accomplishments. It was their shared curiosity, thoughtful engagement and genuine belief in what we are building. These are highly accomplished people choosing to contribute their time, judgment, relationships and experience because they recognize the potential within our technologies and the opportunity to help translate that potential into meaningful outcomes.
As CEO, I am incredibly proud of the team and the broader group we have brought together. There is a growing sense of purpose around The More Life Company and a shared understanding that the opportunity extends beyond any single product, technology or commercial relationship.
Advisors do not replace execution. They strengthen our ability to execute, improve our decisions and expand our access to opportunity.
The transition underway is from a collection of promising technologies into a Company organized around clear commercial streams and measurable impact. We have completed important scientific, validation and commercialization work across our platforms. Our responsibility now is to convert that foundation into larger, repeatable revenue opportunities while continuing to allocate capital responsibly and build long-term shareholder value.
The name change does not represent a departure from our history. It brings clarity to everything that history has allowed us to build and establishes a standard against which we expect to be judged.
We wanted a name that could be understood before it was explained. A name that is fresh, clear and human, and directly connected to the value at the heart of our work.
We named this Company for the outcome, not the chemistry. Because ultimately, results are what matter: More Life.
Thank you for your continued trust, patience and belief in our work. I am deeply proud of what we have accomplished, energized by the exceptional people joining our mission and excited to continue building the future of The More Life Company together.
Life has more to give, and our purpose is to help unlock it.
